How to shop in the Jewelry District?

Shopping in the jewelry district requires a student mentality – you should study-up first and do some research! First, have an idea of what you are looking for. Knowing what you want will help determine which vendors to investigate. If you are looking for diamonds, begin to learn the four C’s and what qualities you want in a stone. Along with this, get an idea of your budget and what you want to spend on your jewelry purchase. Coming prepared will help you be a smart and practical shopper. Next, research the vendors. With over 3,000 different companies downtown, it would be overwhelming to begin walking around aimlessly. Find vendors beforehand who sell what you are looking for and who are trustworthy. Read customer reviews online and learn about the history of a company to find a vendor that is reputable and deserves your business. Call or email them to set up an appointment and have fun shopping!
